Every engagement includes a performance guarantee: if we fail to generate at least 50 tracked new subscribers in the first 60 days, you pay nothing further until we hit that benchmark. The guarantee applies only after we’ve confirmed you have a proven product, an active ad budget of at least $2,000/month, and access to all required platforms. We put our fee at risk because we control the variables that drive early results.
Pricing is discussed on your free audit call. We structure every engagement around the specific situation of the brand — there’s no public rate card. What we can say is that our compensation is always tied to the results we produce. Book a call and we’ll be straightforward about what a engagement looks like before you decide anything.
You do. Advertising spend (to Meta, TikTok, or other platforms) is separate from our fee and is paid directly by you into your own ad accounts. We manage and optimise the campaigns on your behalf, but we take no margin on ad spend. A minimum of approximately $2,000/month in ad spend is required for the engagement.
You need a live, shippable product with positive subscriber feedback, an active Shopify store, and the ability to fund at least $2,000/month in ad spend. We handle everything else — the landing page build, email platform setup, attribution tracking, and creative production. Retention wins come quickly — the dunning sequence and cancel-save flow begin recovering revenue as soon as they go live, typically in weeks 2–4. Paid acquisition results depend on creative testing, but most clients see meaningful subscriber volume within 30–45 days of campaigns launching. We build the infrastructure first (weeks 1–6), then turn on traffic.
All subscribers counted toward our revenue share must arrive through dedicated landing pages, unique discount codes, or UTM-tagged links that we control. This is agreed in writing before the engagement begins and removes ambiguity entirely. You receive a monthly report showing exactly which subscribers are attributed to our channels and how the share is calculated.
